Genetic Alliance Webinar
Description
Genetic Alliance’s Disease InfoSearch (DIS) is an essential tool for everyone – individuals with genetic conditions, healthcare professionals, and the general public. An online search tool and database, DIS is a compilation of information on genetic conditions provided and vetted by disease-specific advocacy organizations. During this webinar, participants will learn about the three components of Disease InfoSearch: advocacy organization listings, condition-specific links, and the portal into the National Library of Medicine’s resources. Learn how to use Disease InfoSearch to its full capacity and provide feedback on how we can expand this resource to be of even greater utility for the genetics community.
