Description
This session, presented in part by the Coalition for Genetic Fairness, provide an update on the implementation of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA), highlighting recent activities surrounding the employment provisions (Title II) of the law. Presenters discuss the benefits and limitations of the law, utilizing the framework of the notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) released on February 25 by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
